100 out? 100 in! Pledge

Help us help young adults get onto the career ladder

The Covid-19 Impact on Young People

500,000+ young people in the UK are now unemployed with stats revealing that 16 to 24 year olds have been hit hardest by the impact of COVID-19 on the job market.

Young people have been disproportionately affected by the pandemic and face uncertainty about their employment prospects both now and in the future

100 out? 100 in! Placement Pledge

EXTRO Creative’s Work placement pledge is a non-obligatory statement of intent by businesses, social enterprises and charities to support and commit to improving the employment chances of young people, allowing them to gain essential skills before entering the job market.

100 Out? 100 in! Initiative

We are calling out for 100 employers to support our initiative of creating placement opportunities for young people between 1st March 2021 and 24th December 2021.

We launched this initiative as a direct response to the significant challenges young people are facing in gaining work and progression on their career paths. Utilising our resources, we found this was one of many ways we could support our community.

Work placements aren’t paid but where companies have the budget to do so, we encourage the support of young people financially.

As we adapt to the ever changing circumstances and Coronavirus guidelines, work placements can take place anytime between March and December 2021 to allow organisations as much time to support our campaign.
